Fluorescent Safety Traffic Cones are highly visible and meet MUTCD (Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards. The sturdy rubber base (for underslung center of gravity combines with a "slim line" construction to help decrease wind lift, making it one of the most stable cones available.

Hi-tack adhesive-backed collars are made of durable and flexible UV-stabilized polyester sheeting.  Extremely bright and highly visible collars comply with the new FHA requirements.
